My mother has been buried here since 1969. The perpetual care is getting worse. Stones are sinking and not being lifted up, trees are growing over plots. Twice recently when I have gone to see my mother's grave, the stone has been completely covered over with dirt and debris and tree branches. I've requested at the office that they trim the branches away and raise the stone, but they haven't done so. It's very upsetting when you go to the exact place you know your loved one is resting and the marker seems to have vanished, only to find it's been allowed to be completely covered over, not once but twice. We live eight hours away so I don't get there often. Otherwise I would care for it myself. But when you pay for perpetual care, you should get what you've paid for.
